I hope you're well. We're prepping for back to school at the moment, and busy boosting our bow stock and carnival gear levels to cover the mania that is the back to school rush!

For January 2026, we'd love to know if you have a back to school order to come through to us to top-up your uniform shop,

or if you're opting into the 'free delivery to school' fundraising/pre-orders option?

If you've already placed your wholesale order or opted-in to have fundraising orders shipped to school, thanks!

(Apologies for the double-up - sometimes we have multiple emails/contact details for our school customers; simply letting us know the correct details will allow us to update our records).

Info & Key Dates

1. WHOLESALE / STOCKIST ORDERS

• Orders due by end of Term 4 2025 for January 2026 delivery. 
• We may need to manufacture extra stock to cover your order, so please send your order through as soon as you can (i.e. for late January delivery, orders are due no later than early December). 
• We can deliver to your home address if school will be closed for summer. Just let us know the address!

PLACE AN ORDER: Log in to your wholesale account to place your order, or email us the details.

2. FREE FUNDRAISER: SHARE YOUR FUNDRAISING LINK

• You promote your fundraising link in newsletters, on your website/app, and posters. 
• Orders come through our website any time, any day (we're always open). We ship globally daily, and can process orders from your community quickly and easily. 
• We already have your school's fundraising page set up, with quick links to your uniform colours. 
• We send fundraising $$ back to you when your community shop through your QR code or Fundraising Link. 
• *There's NO out of pocket cost to your P&C.*
• Online orders are shipped to the customer's address. We tally the fundraising $$ at the end of the period, and email you with the results!

TO GET STARTED: Share your Fundraising Link +/or QR code with your community now! 

If you can't remember what your Fundraising Link is, reply to this email and I'll send it over.

Here's an example of a post you could share with your community. It has a QR Code linked to the school's fundraising page in it (try it!).

3. FREE FUNDRAISER: 'FREE DELIVERY TO SCHOOL'

We can add a 'free delivery' option to your fundraising page. You would receive a single parcel filled with individually labelled orders, delivered to school, ready to be handed out by your P&C / faculty / uniform shop teams in the new year. 

Orders can come through our website, or via paper order forms that you distribute and collect. 

The option for "free delivery to school" will be visible on your school's page once we activate it for you. This saves your community on individual shipping costs, which encourages fundraising sales.  

*No out of pocket cost to your P&C* Shipping costs are covered by fundraising earnings.

• Online orders for "free delivery to school" close: Sunday 11th January, 2026
• Shoppers place orders through your QR Code or Fundraising Link 
• Orders despatch from 6172 by Parcel Post from: Monday 12th January, 2026
• You're welcome to adjust the dates to suit your needs - just email us with details
